Jennifer Nasser, LMFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, #80565
Program Director
It is both a privilege and honor to be part of a profession that plays a pivotal role in individuals' lives. We are social beings seeking to live in connection with others and when we experience disconnection from ourselves and others we may experience deep emotional distress. Therapy offers an opportunity to reflect and connect with ourselves.

I have extensive experience in providing online therapy services and continue to research and keep to date with the technology and how to utilize this medium in a way that facilitates change.
You will find that my style is warm and supportive and my intention is for my clients to feel heard. I also challenge my clients to find and utilize their strengths to heal and grow. I believe the relationship between the therapist and the client offers opportunities for deep healing and transformation.

I specialize in working with children, adults and teens experiencing a wide range of difficulties from severe trauma to daily struggles including and not limited to eating disorders, depression, and anxiety. I work collaboratively and most importantly at your pace- reviewing emotions, thoughts, early life experiences, and beliefs - gaining insight into your present-day challenges and evaluating the patterns and coping styles you have developed over time. Through this process, my goal is to support you in making lasting changes in your life.

I offer short-term and long-term therapy and will collaborate with you to determine the course of our work together. I utilize a blend of existential, person-centered, cognitive-behavioral therapy, among a variety of other approaches tailored to fit your individual needs.
If you feel that you are ready to commit to beginning your journey of healing and change, I encourage you to to take that first step. I am here to support you and I look forward to hearing from you.

My objective is to work collaboratively with you to help you make necessary changes in your life. I work to understand and solidify your goals for therapy, and then provide you the space and support to achieve these. My goal is for you to feel heard and valued in this partnership. I help adults, teens, and children with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, behavior concerns, and trauma.

My specialties include individual and adolescent counseling, overcoming depression, suicidal ideation or self-harm, processing trauma or childhood wounds, managing anxiety and panic, working through romantic relationship concerns or family issues, and increasing self-efficacy, awareness, self- compassion, and control.

In working with me, you can expect to gain new skills and insights, and even have a good laugh or two! Trust takes time to build. I'll meet you where you are on your journey and walk with you through the good, the bad, and the new. I invite you to reach out when you are ready.
